dn_to_photons(wavelength)	Return the conversion factor between data numbers (DN) and photons given by Wülser et al. [2018].
effective_area(time, wavelength)	Load the effective area of the spectrograph.
open(time[, time_stop, description, obs_id, ...])	Download an IRIS observation and load it into memory as an instance of SpectrographObservation.
